2Rooms is a new restaurant serving the very best of European cooking in an intimate but spacious setting, designed to create that relaxed atmosphere found when eating at the home of a much loved friend. In fact the chef will prepare your meal from the freshest ingredients as you watch - you can even talk to him while he works.

Specialising in unusual cuisine, we serve luxury dishes such as Wild Mushroom and Fennel Risotto for veggies while meat lovers can tuck into dishes such as Lamb Noisettes with Rosti potato and blackcurrant sauce or Rib Eye Steak with tomato salsa dressing. Starters include the mouth-watering Four Cheese Pasta and Farmhouse Pâté with red onion marmalade. Deserts are freshly made each day and include favourites like Orange & Cointreau Crème Brulee as well as Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake with fruit coulis.

We always offer daily specials along with a selection of fresh fish straight from Billingsgate. There is also an extensive wine list with a number of unusual, Chateau-bottled vintages yet our prices range from only $4.50 for starters to around £15.00 for main courses.

Throughout the year there are a number of themed evenings such as Valentine's nights and other special events. Seating up to 50 guests in comfort, 2Rooms is available for private functions, business lunches, group bookings and parties. Customised and seasonal menus are available upon request. We take great pride in offering a personal service to all our guests and will be delighted to discuss any special requirements that you may have to create that memorable meal or event.
